At Knog, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
